Mark will guide you through an informative discussion covering the intricacies of wine tasting, viticulture, and the meticulous process of wine making. Gain insights into the world of wine, exploring topics such as climate, varietal choices, soil types, husbandry and harvesting that contribute to the unique character of each vintage.

Mark runs the family farm alongside his wife Caron. In 2016 the first vines were planted at Deer Park. His dedication and expertise have earned Deer Park Wines accolades at the prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards, placing them among the top English vineyards. Having studied Biology at Oxford University, Mark has always had a passion for wine. He is extensively involved in several local wine societies, and has even started up his own. His knowledge, passion and charisma will provide you with an informative and enjoyable tasting session of some of Deer Park's award-winning wines.
